We are thrilled to share news of our team members’ new promotions, and welcome our newest team members. Our announcements are especially timely, as we are committed to celebrating our status as a majority women-owned law firm, and these additions and advancements for our team are examples of our commitment to empowering and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in our firm.

    • Kyla Capistron has been promoted to Head Paralegal for the firm. Kyla has over 12 years of experience in the toxic tort field. After receiving her paralegal certificate at West Los Angeles College in 2006, Kyla quickly rose to become the lead paralegal for a San Francisco based firm specializing in asbestos litigation. Kyla specialized in trial preparation and trial support. She then went on to a well-respected Los Angeles firm, helping their toxic tort team in developing experts and strategies for trial.
    • Chenelle Brown, our firm’s Director of Government Affairs and Public Relations, was voted in as the newest Board member of the Alliance for Business Leadership, a non-partisan coalition of CEOs, entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders who work together and steer public policy conversations for Massachusetts.
    •  Jamie Rajotte-Tremblay was recently hired as the firm’s Director of HR. She is a 20 year executive in the field of human resource management in a variety of industries, including life science, telecommunications, engineering and retail. Jamie’s focus is across all areas of Human Resources, including leadership, strategic partnership, employee development/coaching, performance management, recruiting and day-to-day HR responsibilities.
    • Nicole Williams joined our team as a paralegal for our California offices. Nicole received her paralegal certification from U-Cal Berkeley in 2015 and thereafter worked at law firms in CA as a Paralegal.  Nicole has several years of litigation experience, and has already made a great impact at our firm.
    • Alleli Carino was hired as an Attorney in our Irvine, California office. There, she adds more litigation experience to our California team, as prior to joining CMBG3, Alleli represented clients in the litigation of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, government liability, catastrophic injuries, and excessive force.
