Jeniffer Carson was chosen to speak before the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) at a public hearing to address “Testing Methods for Asbestos in Talc and Cosmetic Products Containing Talc.” The hearing took place on February 4, 2020. Mrs. Carson was selected by the FDA to speak at the hearing from a field of hundreds of talc attorneys, as she is a recognized expert on the subject of talc and asbestos contamination of talc.
