Nathaniel Dudley

Overview

Nathaniel (Nate) Dudley has over 15 years of experience as a litigator in complex product liability litigation, including the defense of cases involving a variety of toxic materials and pharmaceuticals, healthcare litigation, employment litigation, general commercial litigation and international arbitration. Attorney Dudley served as National Coordinating Counsel for companies in both the asbestos litigation and the fen-phen diet drug litigation, as well as local counsel for numerous companies in New England.

In addition to his litigation experience, Attorney Dudley has advised healthcare companies in all aspects of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, with a focus on fraud and abuse counseling, corporate compliance, internal investigations, Stark law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claim Act, outside General Counsel services and privacy matters.

Previously, Attorney Dudley served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for three different healthcare companies, one of which was the most successful specialty pharmacy integrator and accelerator in the country. While serving in these capacities, Attorney Dudley had direct oversight of corporate risk management, litigation, corporate governance, payer contracting, regulatory oversight and the implementation and maintenance of the corporate compliance programs. Attorney Dudley also possesses significant experience coordinating and overseeing responses to government investigations, subpoenas, civil investigatory demands, False Claims Act cases and qui tam cases.

Outside of work, Attorney Dudley serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for both the Florida Institute of Senior Living and Dental Access Aid and is an Assistant Hockey Coach at Babson College.
