Karlene Manley

Overview

Karlene Manley is a Partner at CMBG3 Law and is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Attorney Manley works on one of CMBG3’s National Coordinating Counsel teams for asbestos litigation. Attorney Manley also has prior experience working on National Coordinating Counsel defenses for global corporations, and it is her experience that makes her an extremely valuable talent for the firm’s clients. She has extensive experience researching and drafting dispositive motions and pleadings as well as conducting depositions of parties and fact witnesses. She has appeared before both state and federal courts, and state administrative agencies.

Prior to joining CMBG3, Attorney Manley worked as an Associate, Law Clerk and Paralegal at a Boston-based law firm for over sixteen years, where she focused her practice on toxic tort defense, including asbestos, talc, and benzene cases. She has successfully argued Motions for Summary Judgment for her clients in complex tort litigation, and is a respected litigator in Massachusetts for her outside-the-box legal thinking and persuasive arguments before courts.
