Overview
Benjamin Dario is an attorney at CMBG3 Law’s Boston office. He represents CMBG3’s clients, both in Massachusetts and Maine, as well as throughout the country as part of his work on one of the firm’s national coordinating counsel clients. His practice focuses on complex product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, consumer protection, and class actions. Further, Benjamin has a strong interest in providing research and guidance to clients on emerging environmental litigation issues, including issues concerning PFAS.
Benjamin received his J.D. from Colorado Law in 2024. While at Colorado Law, Benjamin participated in the Getches-Green Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Clinic, and competed in the Boss Moot Court competition. Prior to graduating law school, Benjamin worked in various legal practice areas, gaining exposure to firms focused on litigation, governmental compliance, family law, in-house business operations, and more.
Outside of practicing the law, Benjamin is an avid Boston sports fan.
