Matthew Lite

Overview

Matt Lite is an Attorney in CMBG3 Law’s Boston office.

Matt represents corporations in complex environmental, commercial, and mass tort litigation. His practice focuses on contaminated site remediation and cost recovery, complex product liability, toxic tort litigation, premises liability, and class actions. He has extensive experience handling numerous parallel matters in all stages of the litigation cycle from pleadings through trial preparation. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on risks associated with emerging environmental areas, such as PFAS.

While attending New England School of Law’s evening program, Matt worked at CMBG3 Law as a law clerk and as a paralegal prior to law school. Before joining the firm in 2016, he gained extensive experience working as a staff scientist for an environmental consulting company overseeing major groundwater remediation projects and assessing environmental compliance for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Matt obtained his B.S. in environmental science from Westfield State University in 2013.

Outside of work Matt enjoys fatherhood, lounging on the beach, and distance running.
