Overview
Cassandra Mirasolo is an Associate Attorney at CMBG3 Law and is licensed in Massachusetts. She concentrates her practice in product liability litigation.
Before joining CMBG3 , Cassandra practiced civil litigation at a large regional defense firm, handling medical malpractice and premises liability matters as part of her insurance defense practice. She also completed a litigation internship with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, working on negligence and wrongful death matters.
Cassandra received her J.D. magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where she was a member and editor of the New England Law Review, a participant in the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program, and a recipient of multiple CALI awards, including Trial Practice, Law Practice Management, Law, Innovation & Technology, and Consumer Bankruptcy. She was also named a New England Scholar. While in law school, she served as a student attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, representing clients in court under SJC Rule 3:03.
She clerked for the Honorable Catherine Byrne at the Somerville District Court, assisting with legal research, drafting decisions, and trial preparation.
Cassandra earned her B.A. in Business Economics and Spanish from Providence College, where she played on the Women’s Club Ice Hockey team and served as team captain.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, playing pick-up ice hockey, and trying new recipes.
