Shana B. Rasho

Overview

Shana B. Rasho is a Law Clerk and Paralegal at CMBG3, where she is involved with complex litigation matters. She brings more than five years of experience in personal injury, employment law, and toxic tort litigation, assisting in all phases of case management from discovery through trial.

While working full-time, Shana earned her Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law in 2025. She sat for the California Bar Examination in July 2025 and is currently awaiting results. She is passionate about her work and about bridging the gap between attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless teamwork and efficient case handling.

Beyond her legal career, Shana is an active community leader. She serves on the National Executive Committee for the Western Diocese of the Assyrian Church of the East Youth Association, acts as Secretary for St. Mary’s Parish Assyrian Church of the East Advisory Council, and is a member of the Assyrian American Bar Association.

Outside of work, Shana enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking. She is proud of her faith and Assyrian heritage and represents her culture in all that she does.
