Overview
Mateo Ramirez earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School. During law school, he gained practical experience through internships at various private law firms across New England and with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Additionally, he participated in the Massachusetts Attorney General Civil Litigation Program as a SJC 3:03 certified student attorney through Boston College’s externship program.
Mateo was a member of the Latin American Law Student Association, Business Law Society, TEFLA, and participated in the 2022 Boston College Negotiation Competition. Lastly, he was a civil procedure research assistant for professor Mark Brodin.
Before entering the legal field, Mateo graduated from Purdue University in 2021, where he was a Thayer Scholar, on the Dean's List, an undergraduate researcher, and vice president of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honors Society). After graduating, he was a substitute teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Mateo enjoys hiking, watching movies, and cooking with my friends and family.
