Overview
Elizabeth R. Bain is a Senior Counsel at CMBG3 Law and is licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington.
Attorney Bain has over 25 years of legal experience spanning a wide variety of litigation matters, including toxic torts (including asbestos and talc), personal injury, products liability, aviation, construction, breach of contract and transportation. In addition, Attorney Bain has represented companies in a National Coordinating Counsel capacity, wherein she managed litigation strategy for a company involved in litigation nationwide. Her experience in this role included retention of and preparation of trial experts, discovery coordination and responses, corporate deposition preparation, and all other aspects of pretrial case preparation. Attorney Bain’s experience in the talc litigation includes representing companies that utilized talc in their products as well as suppliers.
Outside of work, Attorney Bain is an active participant in several charitable and community causes, including raising over $25,000 for the American Cancer Society, over $10,000 for the Susan G. Komen For the Cure organization, participating in the DRI Cares Committee, and being a lifelong Girl Scout member and leader.
