The session, titled “Beyond PFAS 101 and the EPA Roadmap: Forward Looking Risks to Insureds in 2024 and Beyond” will go beyond an examination of the current state of PFAS issues in the United States and look to future risks from EPA and litigation activity related to PFAS.
