On June 14, 2022, John Gardella spoke at Perrin Conference’s Environmental Risk and PFAS Litigation Conference, at which he address the subject of PFAS.  Specifically, his panel discussion, titled “The PFAS Products Liability Crystal Ball: When Will It Begin and What Needs To Happen?”, addressed scientific, regulatory and litigation developments that are influencing and will ultimately drive the PFAS products liability litigation. The panel also addressed tips for insurers and insureds for actions that can be taken now to mitigate risk.
