Attorney John Gardella was recently invited to join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Emerging Issues In Litigation, the premier resource for corporations and attorneys to learn about forward-looking thought leadership issues that will impact future litigation trends. Attorney Gardella wills serve as the Journal’s Editorial Board member that oversees the Journal’s environmental law thought leadership.

Attorney Gardella also authored an article for the Journal’s Winter 2023 edition titled “PFAS Litigation – A Historical Overview and the Growing Trend In Consumer Fraud Lawsuits: What Are the Legal and Business Risks To Companies?” The article takes a historical look at the PFAS litigation, with special detail given to the 2022 trend of significantly increasing consumer fraud lawsuits in the PFAS litigation world.
