On April 3, 2024, Attorney John Gardella will speak in Manhattan at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Manufacturing and Consumer Products Law Institute 2024. John’s presentation is titled “PFAS: 2024’s Greatest Manufacturing & Consumer Products Business Risk and Disruptor”, and will focus on federal regulations, state regulations, litigation trends, and the impact each is having on business interruption for companies. John’s presentation will take place on April 3, 2024 at 1:30pm ET. CMBG3 Law’s Elizabeth Bain is co-Chairing the conference as a member of PLI.
