John Gardella Interviewed By Bloomberg On PFAS and Soil Issues

Attorney John Gardella  was recently interviewed by Tripp Baltz, reporter for Bloomberg Law, for his article regarding recent state-level PFAS soil remediation standards, the impacts of these standards on corporate liability, and the possibility of federal soil standards for PFAS. Mr. Blatz is a Staff Correspondent for Bloomberg Law that has closely following and published on PFAS issues  Ms.  Attorney Gardella was interviewed for his insights into how emerging soil standards at the state level could lead to an increase in PFAS litigation.
