John Gardella To Speak On PFAS Drinking Water Regulations

On March 31, 2022 from 1:00 – 2:30pm EDT, John Gardella will co-present on a Strafford webinar on advanced PFAS topics for an audience of legal professionals. John’s presentation, “State Regulation of PFAS In Drinking Water: testing, Restrictions, and Liability In California, New York, and More“, will provide environmental counsel with an update on the state restrictions and regulations on PFAS contamination and drinking water levels. The panel will discuss how to navigate these intersecting restrictions and how companies can meet testing and notification requirements in multiple states.
