On May 18, 2022 at 2pm EDT, John Gardella will speak on a virtual AM Best webinar entitled “Impact of Regulatory Changes on the Insurance Landscape.” John and his fellow presenters will discuss the most significant emerging regulatory issues, including how insurers investigate and transact claims, select risk, combat fraud and defend against litigation, among other topics. John’s presentation will focus on PFAS issues – specifically, regulatory updates that are impacting the future of PFAS litigation and overall insured risks related to PFAS.
