Michaela Lancer To Speak At Prestigious EECMA Conference

CMBG3’s Michaela Lancer was chosen to speak at the prestigious 2019 EECMA (Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association) conference in Orlando, Florida. Michaela will present with a panel of distinguished speakers on the subject of glyphosate and its potential as a future wave of litigation in the toxic torts world. The session, entitled “Fallout from the Monsanto Glyphosate Verdict: Present and Future Impact of Roundup’s Health Risks, Litigation, and Coverage Issues“, will take place on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 9:45am – 10:45am at the Loews Portofino Hotel and Conference Center. Michaela’s co-presenters will include Kathleen Olear, Esq. of Markel Insurance; Tara Darbyshire of Holistic Nutrition; and Richard Ranieri, Esq. of Weber Gallagher.
