CMBG3 Honors Womens’ History Month

Mar 1, 2021 | Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, News

As part of our continuing efforts to celebrate and educate our team on diverse holidays and cultures, we welcomed the month of March honoring women who played vital roles in American history.

Being part of a majority women owned and women led firm, this day bring us much gratitude, especially as we pride ourselves on the talented women of our firm who have come together to achieve so much and who continue to empower and inspire one another. Women continue to be underrepresented in the legal profession, but yet each and every one of our female team members have contributed in the small, but gradual, climbs we have seen each year.

As part of international women’s day, we took on the challenge to think more critically about our thoughts and actions in ways to help call an end to gender inequality and bias in the many roles we play whether it be in our workplace, our homes, our families, our communities, and our world. We committed to this challenge all year round, and not just this one day.

The theme for IWMD this year is to challenge change inviting each other to think more critically about our thoughts and actions in ways to help call an end to gender inequality and bias.
