  • Accurately file documents with the court ahead of deadlines and knowledge of Pacer, File & Serve and Odyssey is a plus.
  • Process third party and vendor invoices
  • File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents and other mailings in a timely manner
  • Assist with event coordination and in-house client meeting preparation
  • Register attorneys for conferences, speaking engagements or webinars
  • Maintain attorney bar information, accounts, payments, and applications
  • Calendaring
  • Schedule travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports as requested
  • Maintain Office and Kitchen cleanliness daily
  • Daily Mail distribution
  • Other responsibilities as requested.


  • 3-5 years’ experience as an administrative legal assistant
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
  • Working knowledge of database management software a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must possess the following skills: Initiative, Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail, Follow- through, Confidentiality, Dependability, Client Confidentiality
  • Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines and follow up required
  • Able to work as a team and in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work with attorneys as well as external clients at all levels
  • Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly.
