Senior Counsel

Sarah Torki

Overview

Sarah Torki is a Senior Counsel in CMBG3 Law’s California office. Sarah is a civil litigator with six years of experience defending clients in a broad range of personal injury matters. Throughout her career, Sarah has represented corporations, small business, and individual clients alike in high stakes litigation, with an emphasis on protecting their rights and minimizing risk exposure throughout all phases of the legal process.

Sarah is a dedicated and strategic advocate whose practice currently focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on toxic torts and products liability. Prior to joining CMBG3 Law, Sarah worked on matters of premises liability and general negligence managing cases from initial investigation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation, often coordinating with multiple parties in complex, multi-defendant litigation.

Prior to entering civil practice, Sarah completed a post-bar fellowship with the San Francisco County District Attorney’s office, where she independently tried a criminal case to verdict. This early courtroom experience sharpened her litigation skills and reinforced her poise and confidence in adversarial proceedings—skills she brings to every stage of her defense practice today.

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco where she was awarded the McFetridge Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and was an editor of the USF Law Review. She received her B.A from the University of San Diego where she graduated Cum Laude.

Sarah is an active member in the Orange County Bar Association, where she is committed to mentorship and community organization, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her beloved rescue dog, Milo.
