Please join David Goldman and Kendra Bergeron on June 14, 2024 at 10:45am for their “Rhode Island Mass Toxic Tort Litigation” presentation at the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Providence, RI. The presentation will have panelists from the defense side and plaintiffs’ side, and they will discuss the background and current status of the opioid, PFAS, asbestos, lead, and talc litigation in Rhode Island. The presenters each have decades of experience in the Rhode Island mass toxic torts litigation and will provide their analysis of what they expect the litigation to look like in the upcoming years.
