Christine Calareso was recently selected as a member of the prestigious International Associate of Defense Counsel, a 100 year old invitation-only group comprised of the world’s leading corporate and insurance lawyers and insurance executives. The core purpose of the IADC is to enhance the development of skills, professionalism, and camaraderie to serve and benefit the members, their clients, as well as the civil justice system, the legal profession, and society in general. Before being considered for membership, attorneys must first be nominated by an existing member and sponsored by two additional members. The Membership Committee then reviews each candidate’s qualifications and contacts attorneys in the candidate’s practice area for feedback. Candidates that pass scrutiny of the Membership Committee are then presented to the Board of Directors for approval.
