Asbestos Litigation
Although asbestos litigation has been around for decades, the contours of the litigation are constantly changing as new legal standards are being established at a more rapid pace than ever before. The nature of the asbestos litigation thus necessarily requires a team of experienced litigators whose extensive understanding of the litigation’s history enables it to foresee future trends and craft litigation-wide strategies that put its clients in the best possible position.
The attorneys at CMBG3 Law have over 30 years of experience litigating asbestos cases. We are the only firm in Massachusetts with partners that have been involved in nearly all 25+ cases that have started trial in Massachusetts. We have also served as active members of the Massachusetts Discovery Committee and the Massachusetts Executive Committee, both of which serve to identify and negotiate litigation-wide issues on behalf of all defendants in the litigation.
However, our breadth of experience extends far beyond Massachusetts as our attorneys actively practice throughout New England. On a local level, our partners have served as both local and regional trial counsel.
We also serve as National Coordinating Counsel for clients throughout the country. In this capacity, we have developed relationships with top experts all across the country. We have worked with many of these experts to develop them, and as a result, we can personally deliver many of them to the courtroom.
Our partners have represented companies in a variety of industries including automotive, aviation, ceramics, construction and building products, glazes, heating and ventilating equipment, lab equipment, paints and pigments, personal care products, and military equipment. Our partners have given presentations on a number of these products to private insurer groups.
