Responsibilities:
- Regularly represent a party in a trial and argue the client's case for them.
- Examine all the necessary evidence, research laws and study judicial decisions that are relevant to the case at hand.
- Regularly meet with their clients to discuss their options and the strategy that is going to be taken once at the trial.
