CMBG3 Law Supports the Women In Law Workshop

Oct 5, 2021 | Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, News

CMBG3 Law’s Seta Accaoui will attend DRI’s Women In Law Workshop on October 13, 2021. During the workshop, two keynote speakers will address the attendees and speak about their experiences as women in the legal profession. The remainder of the three hour workshop will focus on the following:  “As we move towards a post-pandemic era, the practice of law is very different today than many of us imagined it could be. Even before the pandemic, women often faced greater barriers to partnership and leadership than their male colleagues and women of color faced even greater barriers. Now that work policies and practices are in flux, we are facing new questions about careers for all women lawyers. What types of firm culture are we returning to? How will hybrid work policies affect women, especially women with children, women of color and women from various cultures? Why are so many women lawyers experiencing burnout and what structures can leaders put in place to minimize the impact? What can women do individually and together to enhance retention and move up the law firm ladder?”  The workshop will be followed by a networking and dinner event in Boston.

CMBG3 is proud to be a majority women-owned law firm and we are sincerely committed to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives not only in our firm, but in the legal community and society as a whole.
