Attorney John Gardella was recently invited to join the Editorial Board of the Journal of Emerging Issues In Litigation, the premier resource for corporations and attorneys to learn about forward-looking thought leadership issues that will impact future litigation trends. Attorney Gardella wills serve as the Journal’s Editorial Board member that oversees the Journal’s environmental law thought leadership.

Attorney Gardella also authored an article for the Journal’s Spring 2023 edition titled “Medical Monitoring and PFAS Litigation – A Growing Trend.” The article takes a historical look at the PFAS litigation and the origins of medical monitoring claims. It also examines how PFAS litigation’s medical monitoring claims have fared thus far and predictions for future trends in the PFAS litigation with respect to medical monitoring.
