David Goldman To Speak On Ethylene Oxide At EECMA

Please join David Goldman on April 19 and 20, 2023 for the Environmental & Emerging Claim Manager Association’s (EECMA) annual conference in Philadelphia, PA. David will speak on a panel at the conference on April 19 at 1:15 – 2:00pm on the subject of the emerging contaminant ethylene oxide. The session, titled “Looking at Environmental Exposures To Chemicals Through Different Lenses: Case Study of How the Scientific, Legal and Insurance Communities View Ethylene Oxide” will use a mock fact pattern to then take a deep dive into the risks associated with the case under consideration.
