Bloomberg Speaks To John Gardella On Washington PFAS Bill

Apr 12, 2022 | News, PFAS

Attorney John Gardella  was recently interviewed by Zach Bright, reporter for Bloomberg Law, for his article regarding a recent legislative activity in the state of Washington that directly targets PFAS in cosmetics products – specifically, it seeks to ban PFAS from cosmetic products sold in the state.

Mr. Bright is a Reporter for Bloomberg Law that has closely following and published on PFAS issues. Attorney Gardella was interviewed for his insights into how the Washington legislation would impact future litigation against cosmetics companies.

“Washington’s bill would have directly connected the eight chemical classes to numerous health issues would have legislated “clear and definitive” links. That could have meant ammunition against the personal care industry, John Gardella of CMBG3 Law said.”
