David Goldman recently co-authored an article that was published in the Rhode Island Bar Journal, which was titled “A Primer On Rhode Island’s Opioid Litigation.” Written with co-author Vincent Greene, a plaintiffs’ attorney with Motley Rice, the article details how the opioid crisis has impacted the nation and Rhode Island, and how the crisis led to litigation. Further, the article examines in depth significant cases and caselaw out of Rhode Island from the opioid litigation, as well as how rulings from other states with similar opioid litigation cases impacted and may continue to have an impact on the litigation in Rhode Island.
