Why We Exist

CMBG³ was built on a belief that legal counsel can do more than respond to risk — it can anticipate, interrupt, and prevent it. We work at the intersection of law, science, and business, where the stakes are highest, and the complexity demands more than legal instinct alone.

We exist to protect enterprises facing challenges that don’t have easy answers: toxic product litigation, environmental liability, regulatory scrutiny, and emerging science.
