Clifford V. Pascarella II’s Talc Article Published Nationally

August 5, 2020

Clifford V. Pascarella II’s recent article regarding the manipulation of science with respect to talc and its impact on the talc litigation was published by the prestigious National Law Review. The article, entitled “Sound Science Must Guide Jurors In Talc Litigation” takes a deep dive into how scientists determine what constitutes talc using sound scientific and geologic principles, and how that science has been manipulated in courtrooms to sway jurors’ opinions and stoke their fears. Attorney Pascarella’s article also examines how these changes are impacting ongoing regulatory determinations, which in turn impacts the talc litigation.

The National Law Review publishes on emerging legal issues and the articles that it publishes are regularly cited by other legal publications and main-stream media, with re-syndication through LexisNexis, Thomson West Reuters, BNA, Bloomberg, MSN, Bing, Yahoo, AppleNews and Google News and many and other channels.
