On May 2, 2019, CMBG³’s Michaela Lancer spoke at the prestigious 2019 EECMA (Environmental and Emerging Claim Manager Association) conference in Orlando, Florida. Michaela presented with a panel of distinguished speakers on the subject of glyphosate and its potential as a future wave of litigation in the toxic torts world. The session, entitled “Fallout from the Monsanto Glyphosate Verdict: Present and Future Impact of Roundup’s Health Risks, Litigation, and Coverage Issues“, was a success, with many in the industry expressing their praise for Michaela’s presentation afterwards.
