Jeniffer Carson was invited to speak by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) on February 4, 2020 at its public hearing on “Testing Methods for Asbestos in Talc and Cosmetic Products Containing Talc.” Mrs. Carson was one of only a handful of talc experts selected from a national pool of candidates to speak at the hearing. Mrs. Carson will speak before other experts, attorneys, and legislators on the subject of the impact of regulatory decisions on mass tort litigation and the need for education of the judiciary.
