CMBG³ Attorneys Win Contested Summary Adjudication In California Trial Case

Geoff Davis and Lauren Camire won summary adjudication for a CMBG³ Law client in a case set for trial in California involving a living mesothelioma claimant. Geoff Davis successfully argued for summary adjudication of the intentional misrepresentation and concealment actions, and plaintiff’s claim for punitive damages.
