Nathaniel Dudley

Nate has served as National Coordinating Counsel in both asbestos and fen-phen diet drug litigations, and brings significant healthcare regulatory depth — advising companies on fraud and abuse, corporate compliance, Stark law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and privacy matters. That counsel is grounded in firsthand leadership experience: Nate has served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for three healthcare companies, including the most successful specialty pharmacy integrator and accelerator in the country. In those roles, he had direct oversight of corporate risk management, litigation, governance, regulatory compliance, and government investigations — giving him the executive perspective that allows him to translate legal risk into business-ready guidance.

Outside of the office, Nate serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Institute of Senior Living and Dental Access Aid, and is an Assistant Hockey Coach at Babson College.
