Nathanael E. Wright

Nathanael’s career reflects a rare combination of prosecutorial depth, civil litigation expertise, and institutional leadership. He has served as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts Senate, in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, at Partners HealthCare’s Office of General Counsel in Boston, in the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office, and in private civil litigation practice. Before joining CMBG³, Nathanael was the Chief Assistant District Attorney in Savannah, Georgia, a role that demonstrated his trial acumen, his ability to lead high‑stakes litigation teams, and his commitment to justice‑centered public service.

Nathanael has developed and led initiatives within the District Attorney’s Office, published thought leadership on the importance of diversity in prosecutorial work, and earned DEI certifications from multiple universities. His work focuses on building equitable systems, improving staff communication, and designing cultures where professional excellence and human‑centered leadership reinforce one another.
