Carla C. Storm

Carla has defended thousands of asbestos cases from inception through resolution, representing clients ranging from small businesses to global corporations across every phase of litigation — investigation, discovery, expert strategy, trial, and settlement. Her deep familiarity with the relevant science, law, and the relationships that shape outcomes in key jurisdictions makes her uniquely positioned to achieve results that others simply cannot. Building on her foundation as local and regional counsel, Carla also represents clients on a national basis, coordinating the defense of hundreds of complex toxic tort and personal injury matters and advising on corporate risk management.

Carla joined CMBG³ as a partner in 2023 after over sixteen years at an AmLaw 500 firm, where she was a partner and founding member of the firm’s mentorship committee. She holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Rising Star for five consecutive years. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law — where she earned a Dean’s Scholarship and served as Vice President of the Women Law Students’ Association — Carla also studied abroad at Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia in Venice, Italy. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring new places with her family, whether just around the corner or across the world.
