Senior Counsel

Overview

Jessica Deyoe is Senior Counsel at CMBG³ Law and is licensed in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.

Jessica serves as national coordinating counsel for a major product manufacturer in asbestos litigation. She has substantial experience in environmental and toxic tort litigation, environmental compliance, PFAS, and litigation management.

Prior to rejoining CMBG³, Jessica was an environmental associate attorney at a mid-sized law firm in Washington D.C. where she counseled clients on a broad range of environmental matters arising under major federal and state regulatory programs, including the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and their state counterparts.

In connection with this experience, she defended clients in enforcement actions, counseled on permitting and regulatory compliance, negotiated with environmental agencies, advised on transactional due diligence, and defended an environmental class action against a fortune 500 company. She also served on the firm’s Associates Committee and was an active member of the PFAS Working Group, which advised clients across business sectors of the evolving legal landscape related to PFAS.

Jessica graduated from Ithaca College in 2015, earning a B.A. in Legal Studies with minors in Philosophy and Politics. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded the Ithaca College Legal Studies Scholar Award for outstanding legal research and writing. In 2018 she graduated cum laude from Penn State Law and was admitted to the Woolsack Society for academic excellence.
