Brendan J. Gaughan

Brendan’s practice spans products liability, toxic torts, construction defect and accident litigation, employment discrimination, dram shop claims, and bad faith litigation — representing product manufacturers, national and international corporations, property owners, and major insurance companies. He also oversees the firm’s criminal practice group, handling matters ranging from DUI and negligent operation to felony assault, domestic violence, and drug possession.

Beyond the courtroom, Brendan devotes a substantial portion of his practice to advising clients on risk and coverage analysis — translating complex exposure scenarios into clear guidance that supports smarter business decisions. Outside of the office, Brendan enjoys skiing, pickleball, and golf.
