Michaela Lancer

Michaela and her team currently serve as national coordinating counsel for a variety of industries, including overseeing claims across the country. Her approach combines the precision of a courtroom litigator with the strategic vision of a trusted business partner — developing customized defense frameworks, predicting litigation trends, and forecasting risk that help clients stay ahead of the curve.

Michaela’s courtroom instincts were sharpened early in her career as an Assistant District Attorney in both New York and Massachusetts, where she presented hundreds of cases to the grand jury and tried dozens of misdemeanor and felony jury trials to verdict. Prior to joining CMBG³, she managed nationwide litigation of complex asbestos and sexual abuse claims for a large claims administrator — gaining firsthand experience in mediation, liability evaluation, and defense strategy across the country.
