On April 25, 2023, John Gardella will be a featured speaker at the global conference “PFAS Global 2023“, which is hosted by UK based Chemical Watch. John’s presentation, “U.S. Litigation Trends”, will examine:
- EPA’s safe drinking water act proposal: impact on litigation
- Rise of state level class action lawsuits: environmental pollution and medical monitoring claims
- Consumer fraud/greenwashing lawsuits pertaining to PFAS in products
The conference will be attended by companies, regulatory offices, and scientists from six continents.
