John Gardella To Speak At Perrin PFAS Conference

On November 30, 2022, John Gardella will speak at Perrin’s incredibly timely virtual event entitled “One Year Since EPA’s PFAS Roadmap – Updates and Preparation for 2023.” This free CLE webinar will take place from 2:00 – 3:30pm ET. John and his fellow panelists will take a look back at the EPA’s 2022 PFAS Roadmap and the progress that the EPA has made thus far, scientific developments that have taken place in the PFAS world since the Roadmap, litigation and regulatory impacts that the Roadmap has had and will have in the future, and the impact on all of these factors on insurers’ best practices and risk assessments.
