On February 9, 2023, John Gardella will co-Chair the PFAS Litigation and Regulatory Developments Conference, which is being hosted and presented by Perrin Conferences. John and co-Chair Ryan Gillespie of Nationwide Mutual will kick off the event at 11:00am ET with opening remarks, and John will then speak from 3:15pm – 4:15pm ET on “Remediation Options, Reopener Issue, and Associated Costs.” pertaining to legal, insurance and expert perspectives on PFAS reopener and remediation issues.
