Overview
James M. Strong is a Senior Counsel at CMBG³ Law and is licensed in Massachusetts.
James has over 20 years of litigation experience, including extensive experience in the defense of cases involving catastrophic injury and death, complex civil litigation and medical malpractice. He has tried cases in Massachusetts courts and administrative forums, and has argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Prior to joining CMBG³, James was Deputy General Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where he focused on regulatory actions before the Division of Administrative Law Appeals, as well as defense of the Department in a myriad of actions.
