Jacqueline Crockwell

As National Coordinating Counsel for a product manufacturer, Jacqueline oversees complex toxic tort litigation nationwide. In this role, she manages litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions, coordinates national and case-specific discovery, develops and prepares expert witnesses, and collaborates with local counsel to ensure a consistent and effective defense. She advises on emerging litigation trends, risk management, and trial strategy, while directing the development and execution of defense strategies in complex matters throughout the country.

Jacqueline serves as Jurisdiction Head for Connecticut, overseeing the firm’s asbestos and talc litigation practice. As a strategic advisor to clients, she closely monitors developments in asbestos and talc litigation, identifies emerging legal and procedural trends, and provides timely guidance to clients and colleagues.
