Andrew F. Nugent

Andrew F. Nugent is an Attorney at CMBG³ Law and a member of the firm’s Products Liability group, defending manufacturers, insurers, and corporate clients in silicosis, asbestos, and other toxic tort litigation. He is a litigator who prepares early and tries cases with purpose.

Before joining CMBG³, Andrew represented clients at a Bay Area litigation firm from intake through resolution, managing his own docket, including contested trials in California Superior Court. He advocates with confidence in the courtroom, whether examining witnesses, arguing motions, or building the record behind them. Earlier, he served as a certified law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.

Raised in a multicultural household with Indo-Fijian and Irish roots, Andrew is conversant in Hindi and Punjabi. He is a member of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF). Outside of the office, he enjoys weightlifting, live music, and traveling.
