Overview
Alicia Ramsdell is a Senior Counsel at CMBG³ Law. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, as well as the federal district courts in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Alicia’s practice focuses on defending clients in complex toxic tort (asbestos, talc) litigation, including product liability, personal injury, and wrongful death claims. She has represented manufacturers, suppliers, premises owners, and other companies, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. She is experienced in representing clients from receipt of complaint through trial. Alicia understands that there is no “one size fits all” approach to litigation; she is committed to developing strong relationships with her clients and understanding their business and goals in order to provide a strategic defense tailored to meet her clients’ unique needs.
