Jessica Deyoe’s PFAS Article Published In ABA Journal

On June 11, 2021, Attorney Jessica Deyoe‘s article “Whose PFAS Is It Anyway? Legal Defensibility of Nonstandard Environmental Analysis“, co-authored by Brian Drollette of Exponent, was published in the American Bar Association’s Journal. The article examines the growing field of environmental forensics with respect to PFAS in order to help determine responsible parties and help quantify discharge contributions. Mr. Drollette examines the scientific aspects of environmental forensics as it relates to PFAS, while Attorney Deyoe examined recent PFAS lawsuits and how forensics can help sort out liability issues in the cases.
