Overview

Bryna Rosen Misiura is a Shareholder at CMBG3 Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Bryna is a highly experienced litigator specializing in complex litigation such as toxic tort, abuse and harassment, environmental, mass tort, and insurance coverage matters. Bryna has counseled toxic tort and mass tort clients locally, regionally, and nationally. She has extensive experience in defending claims in both state and federal courts, as well as counseling and litigating business disputes. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and have included defending a wide range of products and premises.

Bryna has experience in a wide range of types of claims, including mold, lead poisoning and benzene, and has counseled and litigated a variety of environmental and coverage matters, including oil spills, dry cleaning chemical cases, asbestos abatement, smelting operations, storage tank leads and landfill contamination. Her achievements have led to numerous published decisions, as well as publications and speaking engagements. She also served as adjunct faculty for a local college paralegal program for over twenty years.

Outside of the office, Bryna dedicates her time to serving as President for Temple Tiferet Shalom in Peabody, MA, and helps to coordinate a program that provides thousands of meals to the hungry and homeless. She also enjoys spending time with her family, including her time as a gymnastics and band mom.
